Everything began when Sal Puga and his four brothers worked for Celia’s restaurant since 1972 to 1993.

At this point Sal Puga and his brothers decided to leave the restaurant and to start their own business. Since Sal Puga and his brothers had acquired a great deal of experience running a restaurant they decided to open their own business in Dec 1993. Currently the restaurant Los Portales is very prosperous mainly dur to its kind clientele.
